Este trabalho analisa o programa de televisÃo Papeiro da Cinderela, produzido e veiculado pela TV Jornal do Commercio de Pernambuco, tendo como apresentador o ator-transformista Jeison Wallace, intÃrprete da personagem âCinderelaâ. Essa personagem surgiu no cenÃrio teatral pernambucano em 1991 e, desde entÃo, estabeleceu um permanente diÃlogo com os veÃculos de comunicaÃÃo do estado, passando a comandar uma atraÃÃo diÃria na programaÃÃo daquela emissora a partir de 2005. O objetivo desta pesquisa à investigar como se configuram, no Papeiro da Cinderela, as representaÃÃes identitÃrias de gÃnero e sexualidade â sem perder de vista os discursos de classe, raÃa e etnia â tendo em vista a presenÃa tensionadora de um transformista, habitante de um âentrelugarâ sexual, no seu comando. Almejamos mostrar como as estratÃgias parodÃsticas, mÃmicas, camp e cÃmicas utilizadas pelo programa em questÃo trabalham no registro da ambivalÃncia, reforÃando a norma discriminatÃria e, ao mesmo tempo, rompendo-a. Dessa maneira, buscamos superar a anÃlise positiva ou negativa das representaÃÃes em jogo, observando como se articula um discurso dentro do estereÃtipo â revelando suas insuficiÃncias, seus esgotamentos, tensionando-o sem descartÃ-lo. Discurso queer tecido nas entrelinhas, na fronteira, que nÃo pretende fixar as identidades, mas permitir seus fluxos, seus trÃnsitos. E cujo carÃter transgressor nÃo està na rejeiÃÃo das representaÃÃes canÃnicas da alteridade, mas na apropriaÃÃo e nos deslizamentos de sentido promovidos no interior delas
This work analyses the TV program entitled Papeiro de Cinderela, produced and conveyed by the local TV station called Jornal do Commercio starring femaleimpersonator Jeison Wallace, in which he plays the character Cinderela. This character appeared in the theatrical scenery in Pernambuco in 1991 and, from that time on, it has established a constant dialog with the audience and media around the estate. Due to its popularity, Cinderela has been on command of a daily attraction on the schedule of that TV station from 2005 on. This study aims to investigate how the representations of different types of gender and sexuality are built up in Papeiro da Cinderela â regardless on what concerns social class, race or ethnicity â bearing in mind the tensioning presence of a powerful female-impersonator, inhabitant of a sexual "in between" in its command. We long to show how comic strategies, such as parody, mimic and camp attitude used by the character open to question his work in the register of the ambivalence, reinforcing the discriminatory norm and, at the same time, breaking it. This way, we look to surpass the positive or negative analysis of the representations in play, noticing how one articulates a discourse inside the stereotype â revealing his lacks, tensioning it without discarding it. A queer discourse produced on the border, which does not intend to fix the identities, but to allow his flows, his traffics. And whose lawbreaking nature is not in the rejection of the canonical representations of the otherness, but in the appropriation and in the sliding of sense promoted in their interior |
